We have a fully equipped studio at Kondapur in Hyderabad with facilities to accommodate upto 20 people. If you are an individual, check out our scheduled class calendar to join a group.
If you are a group of 4 or more or are a corporate, we would love to custom design a workshop for you.
We host baking and cooking class themed birthday parties for young chefs above 6 years of age, contact for details.
We currently have cooking and baking workshops for beginners, those with no cooking experience and for those looking to upgrade their skills.
Topics covered are
- Baking – basic and advanced, with eggs and eggless, simple cakes and decorated ones, cupcakes, muffins, cookies and pies.
- Bread making – basic and advanced level of baking with yeast. We make bread from scratch with a variety of flours, refined (maida), whole wheat, multi grain and with seeds. We cover pizza, Bread loaves, dinner rolls, cinnamon and pull apart loaves and many many more.
- Desserts
- Gourmet soups and salads
- Artisanal pasta
- Indian cooking (only on request)
- Healthy baking without refined flour and sugars for the health and calorie conscious
The classes change with the seasons to incorporate interesting themes, ingredients and food trends.
All classes are hands on and in small interactive and fun groups.
